Check-in was efficient. The front desk staff was ready to assist. The hotel has well-kept gardens and feels peaceful. The ride to the Taj Mahal only took 10 minutes.
The buffet lunch seemed overpriced for what I received.

The check in process was efficient! and personalized. Housekeeping was quick and courteous. The room was spacious and I had a Mughal Room Garden view. The bed was comfortable.
The receptionist was not very polite. Some hotel areas are not wheelchair accessible. I did not like this. Breakfast buffet is expensive.

The staff was polite. housekeeping was meticulous. room service was prompt, every detail attended to perfection. the restaurant team arranged a nice cake for my friend's birthday. It was AMAZING!!!
The price felt high. I was nickeled-and-dimed for every little thing. transportation from the train station seemed expensive. It cost rs. 1000, though it should have been less than rs. 200. i felt pressured to book pricey transportation and guides.
